Kenyatta University ICT Professional Training and Certification Center (IPTCC) in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy is giving the entire KU fraternity (including all students and staff members) an opportunity to learn in the above courses at a cost of Kshs 1000 all inclusive.
1) Introduction to cybersecurity

- Understand the most common threats, attacks and vulnerabilities
- Gain insights for how businesses protect their operations from attacks

2) Get connected
- Create and manage social media accounts
- Understand computer networking
- Become familiar with Microsoft Windows and how to work with files and folders
- Identify common problems and implement solutions
Facilitation of these courses will be entirely online and students from all campuses are encouraged to apply. The above courses will be offered in conjunction with our partner Cisco Inc. and all learners will receive a certificate from Cisco at the end of the course.
