KU CISCO APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply for a Cisco course at the KU Cisco Academy;
- Pay a registration fee of KES 2,000 for East Africans and KES 4,000 for students outside East Africa. Bank details are:

- Pick the application form from the KU Admissions Office at the main campus or download the application form from the KU Cisco Web page. Use the following link:(http://www.ku.ac.ke/images/docs/undergraduate- application-form.pdf)
- Fill the application form appropriately and attach a copy of your KSCE results, a copy of your national ID or passport and two coloured passport photos.
- Submit your application form at the Cisco office at the academy or at your nearest KU office.
PS: Cisco courses are currently available at our campuses in City, Main, Nakuru, Kericho, Embu, Nyeri and Mombasa.
After completion of every module, kindly remember to pick your Certificate. Don’t wait until the last minute when you have a job interview to do this!!
- Pick copies of the clearance forms the Cisco Academy office at the main office or easily download these at the KU Cisco Web page. Use the following link:(http://cisco.ku.ac.ke/images/docs/cisco_clearance. pdf )
- Fill the clearance forms appropriately indicating the month of study for each module. The clearance form should also be signed by your instructor and
lab technician. - Bring the clearance form to the academy office for stamping.
- Submit the clearance form to the student finance office together with the bank receipts used to pay fees for that module.
- After obtaining a stamped statement fee from student finance, collect the certificate from the Cisco Academy office.
PS: Kindly note that students in satellite campuses like Nyeri, Mombasa, Nakuru and Embu should liaise with their instructors on how to go about with the clearance for each module completed.
