PYTHON PROGRAMMING COURSE

The ICT Professional Training and Certification Centre (IPTCC) proudly participated in the Huawei ICT Competition 2025/2026, beginning with an intensive preparatory bootcamp held in September 2025. The bootcamp equipped students with hands-on skills in networking, cloud computing, and emerging digital technologies, preparing them for the highly competitive national stage.

Following the bootcamp, IPTCC students advanced to the national finals in December 2025, where 20 students qualified to compete at the national level. This is an impressive milestone that reflects the Centre’s commitment to industry-aligned training and excellence.

Two of our outstanding students, namely Robert Kilonzo Wambua, a 2nd year BSc Actuarial Science student and Obadiah Moseti Rosana a 4th year BSc Computer Science student, have now been selected to represent the institution at the regional level, scheduled for 5th March 2026. Their progression underscores the strength of IPTCC’s partnership with Huawei and the quality of mentorship and preparation provided to learners.

IPTCC congratulates all participating students and trainers for their dedication and achievement, and wishes the regional finalists the very best as they compete on the international stage. This accomplishment reinforces the Centre’s role in nurturing globally competitive ICT professionals.
